I was told by the Warner Music colleague to start afresh a new blog for Josephine Underwood series.

Alright, here you have a new series.

Ghost month was started last Saturday, don't put any cream or makeup on face when going to hospital and funeral, barefaced under 30 degree C is the best, because all the ingredients of skin care product will have chemical reaction under heat, and so try to avoid it reacting on your skin.

Recently, I have been looking for happiness, there are many prescriptions of obtaining happiness, given by various writers.

I am trying a recipe of rose tea, and Curcuma longa (turmeric or kunyit) cuisine. I believe healthy is the way to happiness.

Recently I found disputes amongst within family members, that makes me unhappy. I wish to shift my home to somewhere else, to live alone.

However I also found the news that increasing numbers of homeless people who have monthly wages exceed 10 thousand Hong Kong dollars.

I have no hope of declaring independence.

Using the lottery prize to buy a property, still needs to pay for mortgages, therefore I have to let the property out to let my tenant paying for monthly mortgage repayments.

I should have bought a small village hut, instead.

Carlos Da Rocha recently shifted home to Tuen Mun, because he is no longer working in Central Business District. The rent in New Territories, Tuen Mun, is much affordable.

He is sharing the village house with his former classmate, an Indian guy, John Brown.

I ask Carlos, "If I wish to rent a room in your village house, what is the quality to be your house_mate?"

The answer is "Must Be A Good Cook."

"That is not difficult, but I am a freshman of learning to be a vegetarian, I don't want to meat with non-vegetarian. And I need to go back to university library to conduct my research job in Kowloon Tong; and my business investment company is located in Hung Hom, East Kowloon.

Carlos living too far away from the city, I don't want to spend too much time and fares on the journey.

I don't want to win another lottery again, because that will trigger my greed to buy bigger real estate property, and then, ends up with bankruptcy.

Nowadays, interest rate is about to rise, holding cash is wiser.

Maybe I should enrol new courses, reducing time staying at home, that will reduce conflicts.
